Charitable Ashram Donates $3,000
To Pay It Forward Foundation

A most unusual fan of Pay It Forward – the concept, the book and the Foundation – has purchased more than 30 copies of the novel and donated more than $3,000 to the Foundation. The Divine Life Society, a charitable ashram, runs a leprosy clinic and a hospital and provides education to many who couldn’t otherwise afford it. Its funds come from private donations, and after operational costs are met, donations to other good causes are made.

“I was most privileged to spend ten days at the ashram in Rishikesh this past December,” said Pay It Forward Foundation founder and president Catherine Ryan Hyde. “Many thanks to all at The Divine Life Society for their generous support.”
